With the commissioning of a fourth manufacturing facility alongside its existing three plants, the total manufacturing floor area has doubled to 10,00,000 (one million) square feet. This significant expansion is set to double the company’s production capacity to 60,000 MT in the near future.

SKS houses all processes – Forging & Thread Rolling machines, a NABL accredited laboratory, Tool Manufacturing facility, and one of the largest set-ups of Zinc Aluminium Flake Coating (ZAFC) plants. It also boasts fully automated plating plants (SCADA) and Heat Treatment Furnace (SCADA) backed by a strong Metallurgy Department.

The company continues to expand its capacity and product range to meet the growing demands of both domestic and international customers across various sectors, including automotive, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, energy sector and industrial manufacturing. Apart from manufacturing Standard and Special (from Prints/Drawings) fasteners, SKS also holds multiple licences from Magni®, Geomet®, MAThread®, Taptite® and Torx®, enabling it to meet complex fastening requirements for its customers.
