SKS is Self Certified Supplier for Most of Our Customers, e.g. TATA MOTORS.

- In line with SKS policy on conservation of energy one more Solar Power System has been installed at SKS Unit II.
- Introduced Modern Digimatic Input USB Inspection Instruments at all the stages of product inspection which provides accurate and reliable data.
- SKS is now a licensee of NOF Metal Coatings Asia Pacific Company Ltd, Japan, for "Geomet" Zinc Aluminum Flake Coating
- SKS installs and commissions one more Zinc Flake coating plant.
- A new continuous Mesh Bed Furnace with a capacity of 1000 Kgs/hr. installed and commissioned.
- SKS added one more Optical Sorting Machine for inspection of oiled components
- To consolidate Cold forging operations, entire cold forging has been shifted to unit II
- Operation commence at Unit -II: Manufacturing of high tensile fasteners started at Unit-II
- METALLURGY LAB is certified for NABL (ISO/IEC 17025:2005)
- Commissioned Torque, clamping load and Co-efficient of friction testing rig at Unit-I.
- SKS Fasteners has been authorized to self certify CQI 9, CQI 11 & CQI 12
- SKS is now OHSAS 18001 : 2007 certified company.
- Keeping in line with our commitment to maintaining an ECO-friendly working environment, SKS has installed fume extraction systems in forging section.
- As part of upgrading to the latest technology, we have replaced old machines and installed additional new machines.
- SKS has commissioned a latest continuous hardening and tempering furnace.
- A latest fully automated Zinc Aluminum Flake coating plant commissioned.
- Fully automated Zinc Phospating plant commissioned.
- Additional 2 automatic Optical Inspection and sorting machine commissioned to inspect 250 to 300 Nos. per minute..
- SKS has now 100% power backup with two new generators installed
- SKS is in the process of acquiring NABL Accreditation for Metallurgical Laboratory.
- Our Surface Treatment Facility is now CQI 11 Compliant.(FEB 2014)
- SKS installs Optical Inspection and Sorting machine. Three Optical Closed Circuit Devices inspect and sort components at 250 Nos./ min.
- SKS commissions Multi-Station Bolt and Part former machine. This is a cold Forming Transfer Press capable of forging parts with up to M16 Shank. Products which are taken up through Bar Route and machined can be formed on this Multi-Station Part former.
- SKS commissions Cyclic Corrosion Testing machine, where environmental conditions similar to nature can be simulated, like Dryness at 60? C, humidity 95%, Salt spray, and -23C?
- SKS has commissioned the largest Zinc Aluminum Flake Coating facilities (plant) in-country at Pune, Chakan with 400 Tons per month for coating (October 2012)
- SKS launches durasok brand socket head cap screw for the first time in india.
- SKS has installed Photo Spectrometer in Metallurgy lab.(April 2011)
- SKS Installs its Automatic Electro Zinc Plating & Automatic Zinc Phosphating Plant.(November 2010)
- Our Heat Treatment Facility is now CQI 9 Compliant.(August 2010)
- Meet New Corporate Identity of SKS Fasteners Ltd. SKS has installed its own Annealing and Drawing plant.
